NTC，是 Negative Temperature Coefficient 的縮寫，泛指負溫度系數熱敏電阻，是一種隨著溫度升高，電
阻值減少的熱敏電阻。負溫度系數熱敏電阻器是以錳、鈷、鎳和銅等金屬氧化物為主要材料， 采用陶瓷工
藝制造而成的。溫度低時，這些氧化物材料的載流子（電子和孔穴）數目少，所以其電阻值較高；隨著溫度
的升高，載流子數目增加，所以電阻值降低。
NTC 主要應用于溫度測量和控制，溫度補償、突波抑制、環境測量等，廣泛應用于家電、儀器儀表、照明、
工業、汽車電子等行業。

NTC, short for negative temperature coefficient thermistor, is a thermistor whose resistance value
decreases with the increase of temperature. Negative temperature coefficient thermistor is made
of manganese, cobalt, nickel, copper and other metal oxides by ceramic technology. When the
temperature is low, the number of carriers (electrons and holes) in these oxide materials is small,
so their resistance value is high; as the temperature increases, the number of carriers increases,
so the resistance value decreases.
NTC is mainly used in temperature measurement and control, temperature compensation, surge
suppression, environmental measurement, etc., and widely used in household appliances, instruments,
lighting, industry, automotive electronics and other industries.
